COMFORT AS A LIVING EXPERIENCE!

What is comfort anyway? How do you define well-being in your own home? The answer to these questions can only be given individually by one person at a time. And the relevant heating solutions have to be as diverse as that.

Whether people feel comfortable at certain temperatures always depends on the relevant room climate. It is a subjective sensation that depends on the ambient temperatures. When the ambient surfaces are warm, the actual room temperature can be decreased. It is the other way round with cold walls and floors. The room temperature has to be increased considerably in order to achieve a relative sense of comfort. The logical conclusion is that warm walls and floors are ideal.

Compared to convection heat (from heaters), the mild radiation heat has other advantages too:

  • Radiant panel heating systems are also beneficial due to the uniform distribution of heat in a room.
  • This is simply better for your health because the air in the room is dried out much less.
  • With radiant panel heating systems, no dust is raised like on the sides of heating elements. They do not have to be cleaned and are practically maintenance-free.
  • So the intervals for the renovation of walls are longer by years.

All these facts clearly speak in favour of the comfortable heat produced by wall and floor heating systems. When making your buying decision, also consider the fast-reaction properties and regular surface temperatures of the system.
